This very lightly seasoned crispy cracker resembles a "Wheat Thin" (TM) cracker. These are great for dips, can be made as a rustic cracker and broken up to use as pita chips. Most prepared and boxed GF crackers only contain about 4 to 5 oz. of crackers and can cost about $5.00 for half of the crackers! Ours makes about 10 oz. of crackers. Ingredients include: buckwheat flour, sorghum flour, and seasonings.
